Description
skeletons have long been used as a symbol in art to represent a vast number of concepts and ideas. In my artwork, I like to play off the contrasting elements in these narratives as a way to create ambiguity in the exact messages of my pieces leaving the interpretations to represent the thoughts of the viewer when confronted with such symbolism. With this print, I want to create a piece that spoke to this idea and also contributing to the narrative I had created in my previous body of work “Symbols of creation”.
This is a unique print and stands apart from the standard edition with a hand-painted, watercolor background.
